DARK ‘N STORMY
Dark rum 60 ml dark rum
Ginger beer 150 ml ginger beer
1 lime 30 ml lime juice and a wedge to garnish
Optional: a splash of sugar water and a slice of ginger.
A Dark ‘n Stormy might be the perfect autumn cocktail. The rich taste of the rum and the spicy ginger beer is a joy for cold and rainy days. The key to nailing a Dark ‘n Stormy is the precise ratio between the spice of the ginger beer and the richness of the rum. Depending on which brands you use, you may want to play around with the proportions. Combine the rum, the ginger beer, and the lime juice in a glass full of ice cubes. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
